Real projects, not legacy babysitting
You take a project from brief to release and see people use it. Over 100 delivered projects — and not one where the developer had no idea why they were building it.
A small team, a short distance
There are no four layers of approval. A question is settled in one chat and the decision is made the same day.
Flexible hours and remote work
What matters is the result and being predictable, not hours in a tracker. We agree on overlapping hours — you plan the rest.
A modern stack, and time for it
PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Tailwind. New things get tried on real tasks, not "some day later".
No open roles at the moment
And we are not going to pretend otherwise. But the team grows with the projects, so it is worth sending your CV now: we keep it on file and reach out first as soon as a matching role appears.
